FITNESS CHALLENGE

It's a co-ed fitness kick-off to rebuttal the negative stereotype regarding Memphians and health. We're partnering with one of the city's top fitness trainers to have a session of over 100 people – working out together.
Part of the session will definitely infused with Memphis music as the backdrop. Participants will adorn their new Big Memphis fitness tee. The workout will be light to moderate and with the routine recorded in advance and highlighted on the BigMemphis.com website.

HAPPY HOUR TOUR
FEB 17 - 21, 2025

Every night of the #BIGMEMPHIS HAPPY HOUR TOUR week, we're bringing positive 901 vibes and people together all across the city, as we further the #BIGMEMPHIS energy. There will be a restaurant or lounge location across the city that hosts the Big Memphis Happy Hour. Enjoy crafted cocktails, with Memphis based themes, giveaways, special guests, a silent auction to benefit local nonprofits, plus #BigMemphis photos and other engagements. Some locations will feature live entertainment. .
The event will go from 4:30pm – 8pm.
